We are not a big group. We currently have 2 waitresses, 2 cooks and 1 dishwashers.  They all think that they own the place.  Which at times that is good but then they start telling the boss what to do. We treat every customer as an individual and we care if they are satisfied.  Our main waitress is Kathy White.  She has  been working here for most of the 15 years we have been around.  She can be mean at times but she can be tamed.

One of the other waitress is Kristie Riley, she learned from Kathy how to be mean and Kathy is a good teacher. She has worked here on and off ever since she was in middle school.  She is the Granddaughter of the first Mom, Ramona Ward.

Next we have Hilda Hernandez.  She came with the building. She is the most caring person you could ever want to know.  She has been around for about 10 years now.  She is a Great Cook and she knows what the customer wants and how they want it.
